GRACE Software
The GRACE software and methodology has been developed by Grace Governance Solutions Limited based on the knowledge and experience gained by the directors over 30 years working in the governance, internal audit, risk management and risk management software environment in collaboration with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.

There are 2 options allowing unlimited installations of Grace (Solihull MBC currently has 190 installations.)
A Renewable Annual Licence:
- Cost £4,950 plus VAT as a single payment at the start of the licence period of one year.
- This annual cost includes Support, Maintenance and Upgrade throughout the year.
- One day Installation and System Administrator Training is included.
- One Training/Consultancy day is also included which can be used for workshops, user training or risk consultancy. Our standard interactive user training sessions are 2 hours in duration.
A Perpetual Annual Licence:
- Cost £9,995 plus VAT as a single payment at the start of the licence period.
- This single payment includes Support, Maintenance and Upgrade for the first year.
- Optional Annual Support, Maintenance and Upgrade Fee is payable after the first year. This is £2,995 plus VAT per year.
- One day Installation and System Administrator Training is included.
