Social Housing Tenancy Fraud
We have developed a Social
Housing Tenancy Fraud risk and control profile to assist housing associations
etc. in assessing if they have an adequate control environment in place to
negate the risks of unlawful sub-letting, key-selling etc.
The
content of the Managing the Risk of Fraud and Corruption Profile is based on Code
of Practice on Managing the Risk of Fraud and Corruption published by Cipfa in
2014. It will assist the Authority in ensuring they have the control
environment in place to comply with the Code and current best practice.
Version 1.13.0 of our Risk and Control Profile Library contains 201 profiles grouped in 14 modules.
